Here are some easy and quick steps to lose weight in a week or less. You WILL LOSE weight... but how much, I don't know. That depends on how overweight you are and how motivated you are. If you're just plain DESPERATE to drop pounds and inches as soon as possible, then read this now.

1. Start your day with a shower
Nothing newsworthy there. Yes I know. BUT... after your shower, turn it to really cold and let it rain all over your body for 15 seconds. YES... it will be the longest 15 seconds in your life. YES... it's not comfortable. YES... you may even have a hard time breathing even.
NO... excuses!
Just do it anyway. You want to lose weight, yeah? Do you want to spend hours working out and hours cooking healthy foods? I doubt it. OK then, spare YOURSELF the 15 seconds. It's a quick trick that speeds up thermogenesis. Your body gets shocked into burning off fat for heat and energy using this technique.
I guess in a way, doing this or not doing this separate the people who are truly serious about losing weight. There's also a side benefit to doing this... you get a big boost in your energy levels.
2. Exercise often throughout the day
WAIT! You'll say you don't have the time. Yes, I know... that's the point. You don't have the time to waste driving to and from a gym and working out for at least 45 minutes there each day.
So what you want to do is "STEAL TIME" away from useless things you do during the day and night. Such as hmmmmm TV!
Here's the way to make this as easy as possible for you while saving you time and getting you to consistently exercise. Get a mini-trampoline and jump on it ONLY during TB commercials. NO... not all TV commercials. Just some of them.
Would you believe that there's about 20 minutes worth of TV commercials for each hour of TV? That's about 10 commercials. If you just did this each day, you'd get nearly 2 and a half hours of exercise each day... without taking any major time away from yourself.
Oh yeah, if you don't want to get a mini-trampoline, perhaps try using a hula hoop, jumping rope, or doing jumping jacks instead.
3. Do deep breathing for 5 minutes a day
Why? Simple... the added oxygen that floods into your body oxidizes fat cells... helping to burn them off. You can do deep breathing anywhere and at any time. Just be sure that when you inhale, take a big deep breath from your belly and not your chest.
Those are 3 quick steps to lose weight in a week or less that basically anyone can do.
